Quality is not a single check at the end of production; it is a way of working that runs from reviewing the drawing to shipment.
Conformity to drawing and specification
Cable groups are prepared to technical drawings, customer specifications and quality standards. Cutting, stripping, crimping, marking and assembly are carried out by our experienced team.
Electrical test before shipment
Finished assemblies go through conductivity, continuity, short-circuit, open-circuit and connection verification checks with modern test equipment. Possible faults are found before shipment.
On-time delivery
We plan production around customer needs and deliver at the right time, to the required quality. We work with our suppliers to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
From incoming material to dispatch
Production starts by checking incoming material: cable cross-section and type, terminal size, connector housing and wrapping are compared against the order. Material that does not match never reaches the line, because a crimp made with the wrong terminal only shows up as a fault on the vehicle.
Cutting and coding follow the approved dimension table. Every wire leaves with the colour and label written in the table, and on long harnesses intermediate points are marked as well. Correct marking at this step directly shortens the time spent at assembly.
Crimping and grouping
Crimping is done with the tooling that matches the terminal and cross-section; after a tooling change the first joints are inspected. During grouping the harness is built to the route inside the vehicle or appliance: the section entering a duct must not chafe, and moving zones must keep their bend radius. The level of protection is chosen per zone — fleece tape, PVC tape, spiral wrap or conduit.
Electrical testing and final check
Every harness is tested for continuity and short circuits before dispatch. Connector seating and terminal retention are verified by eye, and on latched connections the latch function is checked. An untested harness is not shipped.
Traceability and revisions
The approved dimension and coding table is the identity of the job: following batches are produced from it, so no difference builds up between batches. When a revision is needed the change is written into the table, a new sample is produced and series production does not start before approval. Harnesses can be labelled with the part number and delivered in the packaging arrangement you specify.
