How we work
A job reaches us either as a drawing or as a sample of an existing harness. The first step is to build the dimension and coding table; the second is to confirm that table with the customer. No dimension goes into production before it is approved, because most of the time lost on an assembly line comes from details that were never discussed beforehand.
Wire coding, crimping, grouping and electrical testing all run under one roof. That has two practical results: transport and waiting between steps disappear, and when a revision is needed the change is applied at a single point. After sample approval the bill of materials is fixed; cable type, terminal and wrapping are not changed without notice.
What we aim for in the long run
Our aim is that a customer can plan their own production around us with confidence. The measure of that is not big promises but repeat batches coming out identical, lead times holding and the phone being answered when something goes wrong. We grow our capacity in that order: repeatability first, then speed, then volume.
Working across automotive, public transport, home appliances and construction machinery taught us one thing: every sector is stressed in a different place. Instead of building the same harness the same way everywhere, we choose material and protection according to the condition that actually applies.
How to start
If you have a drawing, send it directly. If not, sending the existing harness as a sample is enough: we take the dimensions off it and build the coding table together. Even when the quantity is small, the sample and first-batch process works the same way.
