Request and technical file
We take the harness drawing, wire list or sample part and complete the missing details with you.

Price and lead time
We send the price and delivery time in writing, based on quantity, cross-section and labour.

Sample
We build a sample before serial production and check dimensions and connections together.

Cutting and stripping
Cables are cut to length and stripped without damaging the conductor.

Coding and crimping
Cores are marked and terminals crimped with the correct tooling.

Grouping and assembly
The harness is taped, protected and fitted with its connectors.

Test and shipment
Continuity, short circuit, open circuit and connection checks are run, then we pack.
