For automotive suppliers the harness is usually part of their own product: a module, an actuator or a sub-assembly connects to the vehicle's main wiring through it. The expectation is clear — exact conformity to the drawing supplied, no difference between batches and delivery on time.
What decides the job
On parts going to an OEM, dimensional tolerance and coding are absolute; the harness has to sit in the assembly fixture and fit first time. After sample approval no material is quietly changed: cable type, terminal and wrapping stay fixed, and any change is notified in advance.
- Dimensions and coding exactly as drawn
- Fixed bill of materials after sample approval
- Repeatability between batches
- Part numbers and a consistent labelling scheme
- Meeting lead times and batch sizes
How we work
We start from a drawing or a sample; the dimensions, coding and bill of materials are prepared and submitted for your approval. After approval the first batch is produced, checked dimensionally and electrically and sent to you as a sample. Series production then follows that approved table.
Wire coding, crimping, grouping and electrical testing happen under one roof, so transport and waiting between steps disappear and a revision is applied at a single point.
Delivery and traceability
Every batch is tested electrically before dispatch; harnesses are labelled with the part number and delivered in the packaging arrangement you ask for. Later orders use the same table, so the product comes out identical.
Send your drawing, sample or bill of materials and we will come back with price, lead time and batch-size options.
